On Saturday, April 3rd, we entertained the kids from St. PJ's Children's Home.  We had an Easter egg hunt, games, and prizes for all the kids.  Members from four organizations donated their money and/or their time to make this event most successful - Guilbeau Park Owners Assn, Northwest Crossing Owners Assn, John Rangel's Friday Prayer Group, and Management Professionals of Texas.
We give special thanks to Debbie Moses of Management Professionals of Texas.  She and her crew made soap in the most interesting shapes, frogs, ducks, seashells, etc. and presented each child with three unique soaps and an egg with a dollar bill inside.  Also, a special thanks to Bill Miller's Barbeque, who donated chicken dinners for all the kids.
We appreciate all who gave of their time and money to make this event a memorable one for the kids of St. PJ's.
Get Those Kids Out of The House
181 owners owe the association money.  134 owe 2004 dues, 38 owners owe partial 2004 dues, and 9 owe all of 2004 and all or partial 2003 dues. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.   Unless your dues are current, you may NOT use the pool, nor can you use the community center.  This year the lifeguards will be strict.  That is, if you do not have a  2004 sticker on your pool card, you may not enter the pool, and you may not join the swim team.  The pool opens on May  15th.  I will be at the community center on that day from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.  If your dues are paid, and you have your pool card with you, I will give you a sticker.  After that time you will have to obtain your sticker from the        management company.   NO STICKERS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT THE POOL CARD.
