GUILBEAU PARK POOL RULES
- Use is limited to members who are current and have paid their annual assessments in full. All members must bring a photo ID to be admitted to the pool. All members must sign in and out of the pool area.
- Minors under 18 years old may not enter the pool without adult supervision (18 years or older). If the supervising adult for any minor leaves the pool, the supervised minor must also leave the pool.
- The pool monitor will inform members of these rules. He/she will document any dispute and submit a report to any Board member or Management. The Board of Directors will deal with any subsequent action.
- Proper swimming attire is required. Cut-offs are not allowed.
- Children must be toilet trained in order to swim in either pool. If not, then swim diapers or cloth diapers with rubber pants must be worn.
- The pool area must be kept clean. Members are responsible for picking up after themselves and their guests.
- There will be no running, or horseplay allowed. Tennis balls, footballs, or hardballs are not allowed in or around the pool area.
- Alcohol is not allowed within the recreation areas, which includes the pool, cabana, basketball courts, tennis courts, and volleyball courts.
- No glass containers are allowed within the recreation areas. Food and drink are allowed in the grass and cabana areas only.
- No use of tobacco products allowed in the pool area.
- No pets are allowed within the pool area or any other recreational areas. Service animals are exempt.
- Bicycles, skateboards, and any other wheeled recreational devices be must be parked at a bike rack.
- Abusive behavior, fighting, profane language or gestures will not be tolerated.
- Radios and sound systems will be kept at a reasonable volume. Radios and sound systems are not allowed under the cabana. Electrical cords SHALL NOT be used during pool operations.
- No one shall use the pool unless it is officially opened or granted access during closed hours. Trespassers will be prosecuted.
- Due to the size of the pool and the close proximity of resident houses, requests for private parties, either during or after hours will not be granted.
- All board members and management are in charge of pool operations and are responsible for enforcement of the rules.
- Members are responsible for the actions of their family members and guests.
- GUESTS:
- Guilbeau Park members have who have not paid their annual assessments in full are not eligible to be a guest of another Guilbeau Park member.
- All guest(s) must be personally signed-in by a primary member (sponsor). Identification for a complete name, age, and address of the guest(s) is required.
- For guests under 18 years old, the sponsor is required to be 18 years old or older. Guest(s) must depart the area when the sponsor departs.
- The primary resident’s signature certifies the guest(s)
- has their permission to use the pool
- will follow the rules as is expected of any other member or guest,
- and remains responsible for their actions.
- Any guest can be removed by the pool monitor, and banned from the pool for misconduct by the Board.
- Only six guests are allowed per family.
- NO cooking. i.e., grilling orĀ open flame, allowed within the recreational area.
- These rules may be amended by written authorization of the Board at any time.
